Do you have on-site maintenance?
Yes we do!
An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?
Residents can submit a service ticket via our residential self-service portal, Henri.
What happens if I get locked out of my apartment?
Residents can call the office during business hours to be let in or call our emergency hotline for after-hours assistance.
What maintenance is responsible for?
Our maintenance team will take care of all building and in-unit repairs.
Do you offer on-site parking?
Yes we do, but it is very limited availability.
Is parking free or paid? What is the parking fee?
Garage parking is $300 per space, per month.
Is the building pet-friendly?
Yes, we love your furry friends!
What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?
Refundable Pet deposit $350, Pet rent $30/month for up to two pets. Some breed restrictions apply.
Do you offer furnished units?
Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?
Yes we do require renters insurance, it ranges from $15-$50 per month.
Is your property smoke-friendly?
There is no smoking allowed at 80 Main.
How long does it take for an application to be approved?
Applications take about 1-3 Business Days.
What are my options for paying my rent?
You can pay rent with either a check, Debit/Credit Card, online ACH, or Bill Pay.
Which utilities are included in my rent?
Sorry, but no utilities are included in rent.
What are monthly utilities charges?
Electricity can range from $30-$60 per month, based on personal usage.
Water/Sewage/Trash ranges from $80-$150 per month per occupant.
Internet/Cable is based off local promotions in our area, but ALL units are pre-wired with either Comcast (Xfinity), CenturyLink, or WAVE G!
What are the application fees?
$45 per applicant.
Can I pay a hold fee or put down a deposit?
Yes! Hold fees are $300 per unit, contact our leasing team for more details if you are interested.
Are there any move in charges?
Standard Deposit – $300 per unit or Increased Deposit – 90% of One Month’s Rent per unit. **We take your Hold Fee and Apply it to help cover the costs of your Security deposit once your application is approved.
Cleaning Fee: 10% of unit rent. One-time Non-refundable; Due at move in. No cleaning charges are billed at move out.
Do you offer bike storage?
Yes we do, and its free!
